Brussels, 21/11/2006 (Agence Europe) - The agenda for the two half days of the European Parliament's plenary session in Brussels on 29 and 30 November is particularly full. Points include: the debate on the future of Europe with the Irish Prime Minister (see EUROPE 9301 on the subject of his recent visit to Brussels), EU accession by Bulgaria and Romania (see EUROPE 9273 for the reports by the European Commission, and 9288 for the Council's green light), the EU/Russia Summit in Helsinki on 24 November (see EUROPE 9304 and, on the subject of Warsaw's threat to block the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement being negotiated with Moscow), the 7th Research and Development Programme, and the fight against AIDS.
