21/11/2006 (Agence Europe) - ARC LATIN, a deputations and advisory group from the Spanish islands, Italian provinces and French Mediterranean regions is organising a seminar on 27 - 28 November at the Committee of the Regions entitled, “What kind of Mediterranean for 2010?”. This event will be orientated around six strategic planks for the development of the Mediterranean territories: competitiveness, sustainable development, culture, women's conditions, immigration and relations with the Southern Mediterranean rim. Participants will include: Joe Borg, European Commissioner for fisheries, Josep Borrell, president of the EP and Michel Delebarre, president of the Committee of the Regions.
