Not enough detail in analysis of leased lines market in Germany, says Commission

Brussels, 04/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has sent the Bundesnetzagentur ("BNetzA"), the German telecommunications regulation authority, a letter stipulating that it has serious misgivings as to the compatibility of measures targeting the German wholesale leased lines market, which had been notified to it on 29 August, with Community law. More specifically, this relates to the wholesale supply of terminating and trunk segments of lines leased on the inter-urban circuit....
