04/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has cleared the proposal by Mota-Engil-Ambiente e Servicos of Portugal, which is present in the environmental services field, to acquire sole control of Sadoport Terminal Maritimo do Sado SA. The latter Portuguese company provides services in the Setúbal port terminals. The operation was reviewed according to simplified procedure. (ab)
