Helsinki is concerned about announcement of North Korean nuclear test

Brussels, 04/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - Pyongyang's announcement on 3 October that it intends to conduct a nuclear test to strengthen its nuclear arsenal has caused considerable protest and concern within the international community.
