Court of First Instance declares action brought against Olaf by German journalist inadmissible

Brussels, 04/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the Court of First Instance of the European Communities ruled that the actions brought by a German journalist, Hans-Martin Tillack, against the European Anti-Fraud Office (Olaf), and his request for damages, were inadmissible.
