31/07/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has granted to the acquisition of joint control of the whole Associated British Ports Holding PLC, by Goldman Sachs Group Inc, Borealis Infrastructure Management Inc and Special Investments Pte Ltd. British Ports Holding's activities are in UK port operations and provision of related services. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure.
