10/07/2006 (Agence Europe) - The World Political Forum (founded by former Russian President Mikhail Gorbachev) is to hold a meeting on 11 July at the European Parliament in Brussels on the subject CSR: Governance and Communication in new social partnerships, with the subject of economic, social and environmental competitiveness and the need for a new style of corporate governance, new political leadership and better regulation. MEP Giulietto Chiesa (ALDE, Italy) is to open the work, to be attended by, amongst others, Minna Gillberg and Geneviève Besse of the European Commission, Luca Mantellassi, vice-president of Eurochambers and Paolo Nicoletti, director of the Confindustria delegation to the EU.
