68% of Poles think EU needs Constitution

Brussels, 09/06/2006 (Agence Europe) - According to an opinion poll carried out by IPA (Institute of Public Affairs) between 6 and 10 April for the European Union Department of the Polish Foreign Ministry, 68% of respondents believe that the EU needs a constitution, and only 13% believe that, following the French and Dutch “No” votes, the project should be abandoned.
