09/06/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given its go-ahead to the proposed British investment fund, EQT, to acquire sole control of certain activities of Select Service Partner and of the whole of Create Host Services, two companies belonging to Compass Group Plc. The transaction was examined according to expedited procedure.
