European Commission to propose outline for creation of “temporary international mechanism” to assist Palestinians to Council on Monday

Brussels, 09/06/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission will on Monday present to the Council an outline on which the Member States will decide in order to contribute to the implementation of the “Temporary International Mechanism” decided by the Quartet to maintain aid to the Palestinians but with assurances that not a single euro will go to Hamas.
