Luxembourg, 09/06/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Union and Singapore signed an aviation agreement on 9 June in the margins of the EU Transport Council in Luxembourg. The cross-cutting agreement aims to incorporate the bilateral aviation agreements concluded between Singapore and several EU Member States to bring them into line with EU legislation (see EUROPE 9142). The Transport Council also adopted without debate the decision to conclude a similar agreement between the EU and Ukraine.
