09/06/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission authorises the British group, Macquarie Bank Limited, and the Australian companies, Westscheme Proprietary Limited, Statewide Superannuation, Motor Trades Association of Australia Superannuation Fund and Australian Retirement Fund, to jointly acquire control of Moto Hospitality Limited. The latter is active in the motorway service stations sector in the United Kingdom. The proposed deal was examined according to simplified procedure.
