Brussels / Luxembourg, 06/06/2006 (Agence Europe) - Maria Rauch-Kallat, Austrian Minister of Health, and Markos Kyprianou, European Commissioner for Health and Consumer Protection, welcomed the agreement reached in Luxembourg on Friday 2 June at the Council on revision of Community directives relating to food additives other than colouring agents and sweeteners (95/2/EC) and on the conditions for using sweeteners in foodstuffs (94/35/EC) (see in particular EUROPE 9203).
