Peter Mandelson urges China to provide better protection of intellectual property rights and wider access for EU companies

Brussels, 06/06/2006 (Agence Europe) - Starting a four-day visit to China on 5 June at Guanzhou, EU Trade Commissioner Peter Mandelson called on China to step up enforcement on anti-piracy laws and protection of intellectual property rights and to step up measures to fight piracy and counterfeiting and provide wider access to China for European services companies.
