Luxembourg, 01/06/2006 (Agence Europe) - A Turkish SME, Yedas Tarim ve Otomotiv Sanayi ve Ticaret from Istanbul, which produces ball-bearings for cars, has lost its case at the Council and European Commission. It was seeking damages it believes it had suffered due to Turkey's entry into the Customs Union in 1995. It considered that this entry had not been accompanied by adequate financial aid.
