EP in favour of extending two regulations in civil and trade remit in Denmark

Brussels, 28/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - On 23 March, Parliament adopted consultation procedure for two reports by Jean-Paul Gauzès (EPP-ED, France) to extend the application of two regulations for the civil and trade domain in Denmark. The first report involves a 2001 regulation on recognition and execution of legal rulings for simplifying Convention of Brussels provisions and the necessary formalities for recognition and rapid execution of decisions made by the legal authority of a Member...
