28/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - In the context of preparations for the next EU/USA Summit, Austrian EU President Heinz Fischer received the president of the Belgian Senate, Anne-Marie Lizin, in Vienna on Tuesday 28 March. Ms Lizin was acting in her capacity as rapporteur of the OSCE parliamentary assembly on the situation in Guantanamo prison.
