Brussels, 28/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has cleared the proposed acquisition by Aker Yards, held by Norwegian Aker ASA, of the French shipbuilder Chantiers de l'Atlantique (CAT), which belongs to the Alstom SA group.
