28/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - In a press release, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe has announced it was organising the Parliamentary dimension of the campaign to combat violence against women, including domestic violence. The campaign, decided by the organisation's Heads of State and Government at their Third Summit held in Warsaw last year, will be launched by the end of 2006. A preparatory meeting will be held in Stockholm on 30 March. (For further information: www.coe.int)
