Brussels, 28/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - On Monday, the Transport Council drew up general guidelines on the proposal for a regulation on civil aviation safety. Presented in September 2005, it aims to clarify and harmonise the rules set out in Regulation (EC) 2320/2002 adopted after the 11 September attacks (EUROPE 9034).
