Commission afraid that take-up of electronic signatures is too slow

Brussels, 21/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - A report published by the European Commission on 17 March illustrates a reluctant take-up of electronic signature tools, which is slowing down the growth of trade in goods and services via the internet.
