French government proposes Jean-Claude Bonichot and Yves Bot as judge and advocate general

Brussels, 21/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - The French government has proposed Jean-Claude Bonichot as judge at the EU Court of Justice, and Yves Bot as advocate-general to replace Jean-Pierre Puissochet and Philippe Léger. Jean-Claude Bonichot is a former student of the Ecole Nationale d'administration (ENA), Conseiller d'Etat, and associate professor at University Paris I. Yves Bot is general prosecutor at the Paris Cour d'Appel and associate professor of Le Mans law faculty. Both magistrates...
