Brussels, 21/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Spring Summit in Brussels on 23 and 24 March will be a “success if, at the end of the day, it brings fresh impetus on the Lisbon Strategy, some concrete objectives that are realistic and shared, and, above all, the resolve to implement a European energy strategy”.
