Social inclusion and protection remain at heart of objectives of EU and Member States

Brussels, 10/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - It is no longer the time for prevarication or definition of additional objectives, but for the implementation of existing objectives, to give concrete expression to priorities that have already been identified.
