Terry Davis asks 37 governments to clarify replies by 7 April

Brussels, 10/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Secretary General of the Council of Europe Terry Davis has written to the Foreign Ministers of 37 of the 46 Member States of the Council of Europe asking them to complete or clarify their replies on allegations of secret detention and air transport in Europe.
