10/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Council has adopted a regulation that suspends, for an unspecified time, the levying of customs duties for some kinds of oil waste, mainly petroleum, intended for recycling. The regulation amends Regulation EC 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclatura and on the common customs tariff. It was included in point A on the agenda of the Environment Council on 9 March.
