Brussels, 09/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has proposed to raise the level above which low-level State aid has to be notified. Below the ceiling, which will rise from 10,000 to 150,000 euro, Member States will not have to inform the Commission of public funding. If such funding to a company over a three-year period does not exceed the sum allowed, it will not be deemed to be State aid.
