Brussels, 09/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - European Commission President José Manuel Barroso will be in Moscow on 17 March for talks with the Russian President Vladimir Putin on future EU-Russian relations, ahead of the expiry of the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement (PCA) in 2007.
