Brussels, 09/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - Citing the Netherlands and several other new Member States: Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic, diplomatic sources at the Council of the EU said that the position of the European Parliament in its first reading had “not pleased certain Member States”.
