01/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given the green light to plans by the Luxemburg company Pelton Sarl, which belongs to the American Cerberus group, and the American investment bank Goldmann Sachs Inc to acquire joint control of Wittur AG, a German company which manufactures and markets parts for lifts. The transaction was examined under the simplified procedure.
