Luxembourg, 27/02/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Court of First Instance of the EU has overturned the decision of the European Commission of 25 July 2001, which ruled that French aid to the investors who financed the construction of the cruise ship "Le Levant" at Saint Pierre et Miquelon is incompatible with common market aid, according to a Court press release.
