27/02/2006 (Agence Europe) - In a press release of Thursday 23 February the EU High Representative for the CFSP welcomed the promulgation of the Constitution of the Democratic Republic of Congo (RDC) and the adoption of electoral law, and he added that the Democratic Republic of Congo was entering the last phase of its transition period.
