Inauguration of Galileo information centre in Latin America

Brussels, 09/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - Against the backdrop of the Commission's hopes to reinforce the strategic partnership between the EU and Latin America (see other article), a Galileo information centre for Latin America was inaugurated on 9 December in Sao José dos Campos (Brazil), by initiative of the joint company (Galileo Joint Undertaking), and enjoying the support of the European Commission and the European Space Agency (ESA).
