02/12/2005 (Agence Europe) - Monaco has ratified the European Convention on Human Rights, the Council of Europe announced in a press release, indicating that Minister Plenipotentiary George Grinda had just deposited the instrument of ratification in Strasburg. On 5 October 2004, the Principality became the 46th member of the pan-European organisation.
