BUNGE EUROPE and SOFIPROTEOL have made their DII - DIESTER INDUSTRIE INTERNATIONAL joint venture official and at the same time have announced the construction of a new esterification plant with an annual production capacity of 120,000 tonnes in Mannheim, Germany, to be operational by August 2006.
