30/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - On 29 November, the British Presidency issued the following statement on Somalia on behalf of the EU: 'The EU welcomed the resolution endorsed by members of Parliament in Mogadishu on 15 November, in which they express their readiness to engage in dialogue without preconditions.
