15/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission Internal Market website has published a working document on possible implementing measures for Directive 2004/109/EC (the Transparency Directive). Comments are to be sent in by 8 January 2006. The working document was drawn up following technical advice from the Committee of European Securities Regulators (CESR).
