Brussels, 28/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has finally acceded to the request put by the Italian and Portuguese authorities to analyse the effects of the planned purchase of Endesa by Gas Natural, two Spanish companies, in Italy and Portugal (see EUROPE 9048).
