Brussels, 19/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - On 18 October, the Constitutional Court of Slovakia judged that the anti-discrimination law adopted by the Parliament in 2004 runs counter to its constitution, particularly as it relates to special provisions on positive discrimination in favour of ethnic minorities.
