19/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - During the meeting of the “Groupe d'amitié du Sénat français et du Bundesrat” on Wednesday in Paris, Jochen Riebel, Minister for European Affairs from Hesse, suggested early implementation of the European Constitution's provisions on foreign, security and defence policy (see other article on the subject of declarations in Bruges by Javier Solana).
