19/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted clearance under the simplified merger review procedure to the acquisition of joint control of Kunert AG (Kunert) of Germany by Deutsche Bank AG, Hardt Group Private Equity Partners I (Hardt Group) of the UK, Trafalgar Group (Trafalgar) also of the UK and ECO Master Fund Ltd. (ECO) of the Cayman Islands. Kunert manufactures socks, stockings, tights, underwear and outer clothing. Kunert markets its products under its own brand...
