22/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given its go-ahead to the project of the Swedish capital investment group, Industry Kapital BV, to acquire sole control of the French company, Bonna Sabla SA, which operates in the prefabricated concrete sector in particular. The deal, estimated at a value of EUR 235 million, was examined according to simplified procedure.
