21/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - On the eve of the Colombian vice president Francisco Santos' visit to the European Parliament on 22 September, Amnesty International has sounded a warning. In a press statement, Amnesty warned that Mr Santos would be campaigning among MEPs for EU financial support for the government plan to demobilise Colombian paramilitaries.
