Commission suggests extending prosecution and police cooperation in border zones

Brussels, 19/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, the European Commission adopted a proposal intended to facilitate police prosecution up to 50 kilometers beyond the border of another Member State and to strengthen cooperation between police forces in border zones.
