Brussels, 19/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - On 18 July, in its agriculture and fisheries formation, the Council adopted several A points on transport, in particular the decision authorising the Commission to open negotiations with Norway, Argentina and the Republic of Korea to reach a cooperation agreement on the European satellite navigation system Galileo. An agreement was recently concluded with Ukraine (EUROPE 8962), and negotiations are underway with other countries.
