19/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - In Brussels on Tuesday, the Council of Ministers of the EU adopted without debate a recommendation aiming to facilitate the issuing of uniform short-stay visas for researchers from third countries. This recommendation is to be added to by a directive establishing a simplified procedure for the admission of researchers from third countries.
