Greens/EFA group calls for changes to "patentability of software" directive and forges political allegiances

Brussels, 01/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - Meeting under the banner "SOS- Save Our Software", the Greens/EFA group presented the 21 amendments it has tabled ahead of the vote at second reading on the proposed directive on the patentability of computer-developed inventions on Thursday.
