The Norwegian company STATOIL has sold 50% of its share in the petrochemicals group BOREALIS to two other shareholders of the company, IPIC (United Arab Emirates) and OMV (Austria) for the sum of EUR 1 billion. After the operation, they will hold 65% and 35% respectively.
