José Manuel Barroso and Louis Michel take part in AU summit in Sirte, on eve of G8 summit

Brussels, 01/07/2005 (Agence Europe) - The president of the European Commission, José Manuel Barroso, and the Commissioner for Development and Humanitarian Aid, Louis Michel, are to take part on Monday in the African Union summit in Sirte (Libya, 4-5 July) in response to the invitation extended to them.
